Born 12/27/69 in White Plains, New York, he is the son of Brother Ronald O. Walker, Sr. a charter member of NR/WP Alumni and Dr. Phyllis D. Walker the 1^st President of the NR/WP Alumni Chapter Silhouettes, and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Brother Walker was educated in the Greenburgh Central 7 School district graduating from Woodlands H.S. with honors and is a 1991 Graduate of Morehouse College, Atlanta Georgia with a BA in Accounting.

Brother Walker is currently employed as a Sr. Bank Examiner for the New York State Banking Department, Mortgage Banking Division.  Brother Walker has been employed at the Banking Department since graduating from Morehouse and has served in many capacities.

Brother Walker entered the bond on March 6, 1993 at 5:41pm. Ace of Diamonds on the Three Trilogies of Terror S.O.M. line.  Brother Walker is a Grand Chapter Life Member and a Northeastern Province Life Member.

Locally Brother Walker has served New Rochelle-White Plains Alumni as its Keeper of the Exchequer 1993-1996 and Vice Polemarch from 1996-1999. He has also chaired or served on the following committees Membership Intake Chairman 1995-present, Achievement Committee Chairman 1996-present, Long Term Planning Committee 1998-present, Black History Month Essay Committee Chairman 1996-present, Scholarship Committee 1996 &1997, New Years Eve Champagne Sip Committee 1995, 1996, Founders Day Committee 1994 & 1998.  Brother Walker was also the Chapters delegate for the 66^th Northeastern Province Council Meeting in 1994.

Brother Walker received the Chapters highest honor being named Kappa Man of the Year in 1996 and 1997 and the two preceding years was named Service Man of the Year.

Provincial, Brother Walker has served the Northeastern Province as faithfully and as a reward for his service the brothers elected him the Northeastern Province Keeper of Exchequer in 1999.  Brother Walker has also served the Province as its Insurance Director N.E Province (1997), Reclamation Chairman (1998) and Asst. Keeper of Exchequer (1998).  He served as a presenter for the C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference in 1996 & 1997.  Brother Walker was a committee member for the NE Province Inaugural New Years Eve Ball.

Brother Walker is a 32° Prince Hall Mason, holding membership in Bright Hope Lodge #62, 3 Square Chapter #23 Holy Royal Arch Masons, Pentecost Consistory #98 Scottish Rite Masons and Elejmal Temple #185 Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine.

Our Good Brother is a God Fearing man, receiving Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at a young age, he continues to worship at Union Baptist Church in White Plains, New York.   His personal inspiration can be found in Phil. 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

He is a very versatile young brother who enjoys Golf, Bowling, Billiards, Reading, Traveling, Music, Computers and most of all skirt watching. Brother Walker also finds time to mentor young men in his community, and coaches Pop Warner Football.
