Psi was founded in 1972. It was chartered by dynamic
Brothers with a vision. They were: James W. Alexander, Milton
L. Clay, Edward E. Dickerson, III, Jefferson Dudley, Robert
Fullenweider, George
V. Russell, Harvey C. Russell, August
Smith, Robert
L. Staton, Joe C.
Tibbs, William H. Tibbs, IV, James C. Vereen and Ronald
O. Walker.
The chapter is located in New York and serves the greater
Westchester and Rockland Counties area. It is part of the
Northeastern Province which covers chapters in CT, DE, MA,
NH, NJ, NY, RI, UK, Germany, Eastern OH and PA.
